Introduction: The main purpose of this book is to find out whether the social security organization's laws, regulations, and policies are counter-productive and job-creating in the labor market or not? To arrive at the right answer, the opposing and approval views have been investigated based on statistics and information and the scientific foundations that are posed in this field .The other goals of this book are the study of the effects of the labor market and social security on each other, social security policies in the labor market and their job-creating effects, factors that are affecting job creation, and the position of the social security organization. The two main sections of this research include "Theoretical Foundations" and "Experimental Foundations" as follows:
The theoretical foundations of the research are "How the social security organization affects the labor market through the institutions of labor market ", "How the social security organization affects labor supply and demand", "Social security costs for employers", "The status of social insurance and social protection In the labor market"," The effects of the labor market and the social security organization on each other "," Studies on the factors that are affecting employment creation "and" The role and position of the social security organization ". Also, are investigated how to shape the supply and demand of labor in the economy and the factors that are affecting supply and demand for labor and how the social security organization affects these factors, too.
In the empirical section, there are also some topics such as the study of the changes of the "labor market of the country", "the position of the social security organization in the country's job creation programs and policies", "review of the social security organization's anti-employment theory" and "the job creation and sustainability policies of the social security organization". In this regard, first, the changes in the labor market and the observed trend in the two dimensions of supply and demand are examined. The study of demographic processes and labor market in Iran, including labor supply and demand as well as the unemployment rate during the period of 1335-1390, in this part is the most important topic.
The next section of this book is the study of the role and position of the social security organization in job creation policies. In this chapter, firstly, the employment policies adopted in the five-year development plans of the country before and after the revolution are examined, then the status of the social security organization in these policies is discussed. Other job creation issues which are related to the social security organization in the composition of existing programs and policies and the permanent laws and regulations of the country are the other topics of this chapter.
